Farrago Market Cafe specializes in only fresh prepared eclectic Panini Sandwiches, Deli Salads, Green Salads, Fish Tacos and a few other Globally inspired Dishes. Great Coffee Drinks and only locally crafted Beers in the bottle and on draft. Our freinds at Pagosa Brewing Co and Three Barrels Brewing do an amazing job. Who We Are

Todd and Kellie Stevens met at western Culinary Institute in 1991 and we have been cooking ever since. After working in such places as Spagos, ITT Shereton Luxury Collection Hotels and the Ritz Carlton Hotel Aspen, we opened Farrago World Cuisine in Houston in 2000. Almost five years later, with a strong desire to live and raise our kids in the mountains we relocated to Pagosa Springs Colorado.  We opened This small cafe in honor of our Houston namesake but took our style of cuisine and did in the laid back Colorado way. We have counter service and amazing outdoor courtyard and only local handcrafted beers on tap. We love it here and know you will too. Come see us in Pagosa, you may never leave.
